This past July, I was given new hope!  Deb Harris, P.T. and R.D., dianosed my condition as lymphedema.  I had been told by a doctor that I had to live with large bumps on my leg, discoloration of the skin, and painful swelling.  Deb has special certification in this area and began to treat me immediately.  I had intensive therapy sessions several times a week for 6 weeks and continued as needed while I continued the exercise and pool therapy that Deb precribed for me.  The good news is that the large bumps are gone completely, the discoloration of the skin is almost gone and continues to improve, and the swelling is greatly minimized.  I am so happy!  It was worth every moment of therapy time!

Choosing a physical therapist that listens to my needs and understands how my body responds to therapy is one of the most important decisions I’ve made for my health and wellness.  I wouldn’t see anyone other than Maria Thibault and the team at PT360.

On of the things that makes me so comfortable at PT360 is that it is employee owned.  You can sense their pride, and as a patient, the feeling of permanence is very important to me.  You will not walk in one day, and find the therapist that you’ve bonded with no longer working there. That consistency is very important to any treatment plan, and the sense of security that I feel can’t be measured.

My rehabilitation experience at PT360 for post operative spinal fusion surgery has more than met the surgeon’s and my recovery expectations.  The staff is technically astute and delivers with a kind and personal touch. The environment is friendly, has nice equipment and accommodates my schedule needs continuously.

After having cancer in my left leg, the tumor and lymph nodes were removed and I had radiation of the area on my thigh. I had chronic lymphedema and my femur subsequently broke due to the radiation killing off the bone. PT really helped in bringing down my lymphedema and came up with a tailored program to help me get my life back. I now wear skirts again, ride my horse and enjoy everyday activities again. If it weren’t for Deb Harris who consistently demonstrated her competence, her caring and her encouragement throughout my recovery process, I wouldn’t be able to walk without pain. I am incredibly grateful for all the help and motivation she has inspired in me. Thank you for never giving up on me.

As a patient, I love how all of the staff at PT 360 are always warm and inviting. Although I am being treated by one therapist, PT 360 has a familial atmosphere that makes me feel comfortable with everyone there. When I visit I feel listened to and I always know that I have someone who is on my side and will do whatever it takes to help me heal. It’s nice to know that even as a young person, I am being taken seriously and am in the best of care.

What I like about PT360 is the customized patient care.  My daughter’s therapist takes a keen personal interest in the subtleties of her condition.  She both listens and directs, and creates a highly personalized routine that seeks to get at the real source of the problem.  She also follows our daughter’s medical case thoroughly, responding to physician reports and offering proactive input for improved care.  We couldn’t be happier.  The best testimony to our satisfaction is simply that our daughter looks forward to therapy rather than dreading it.  She considers her therapy to be, not a clinical nuisance, but an appointment with an interested and helpful friend.
