AI CHI

6 week class schedule starts Monday, April 8th, at 6:00pm

Come join us for our next session of 6 weeks of Ai Chi.

This is an aquatic approach to calming the body through a combination of breath work and gentle flowing movements in the 92 degree salt water pool. Honor yourself to calm the holiday jitters to get it all done by spending an hour a week to take time for yourself.

Please call for more information and to pre-register at 860-4360. Monday nights from 6-7 pm at our Williston location. $60.00 for 6 classes or $12.00 for drop in rates (not recommended as this is a progressive class in which each class builds on the last). There is a minimum enrollment of 6.

DOWN DOG AT NOON

Mondays From 12pm-1pm

This class will help you to energize your day with focus on alignment in poses, therapeutics, breathing, relaxation and how to open up our muscles in a safe and supportive environment. You will enjoy this fun, moving class that will help you commit to yoga for your own health and well-being.

MORNING YOGA FOR EVERYONE!

Tuesdays From 9am-10am

This morning yoga practice will be a gentle approach to helping you loosen up your joints and stretch the muscles effectively to bring joy and health to ourselves. Focus on breathing, meditation, yoga poses with modifications and a guided relaxation. Participants need to be able to get down on the floor and please bring a blanket to class.

AQUATICS

Saturdays: 9am-10am

This class is open to anyone who wishes to work on total body strengthening, flexibility, core strength, balance and proprioception and cardiovascular training. The class is $10/session or $90 for a 10 visit punch card.

SENIOR X

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 10:30-11:30am

FREE 60 minute exercise class for seniors 65 and older.

Focus on balance, flexibility, upper and lower body strengthening, core strengthening and cardio. Offered in the 2000sq foot studio at Synergy Fitness.

Participants are encouraged to bring own stability balls, 3-5lb hand weights and water bottles.

DRENCH!

Tuesdays from 5pm-6pm

DRENCH! is a 50 minute, high intensity, low impact water based class. You will use buoyancy and resistance in the pool to achieve a full body, aerobic workout. Focus is on core strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Bring a water bottle, towel and rubber soled shoes. Swim cap and goggles optional.

The Fearful Swimmer Program

Offered Saturdays by The Learning Pool

The Fearful Swimmer Program is designed to address, remove and replace anxiety with confidence about water/swimming/swim lessons.

SURVIVE & THRIVE

12 weeks program: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 1:00-2:00 p.m.

The Survive and Thrive Cancer Program runs three times each week from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for 12 weeks. The program consists of cardiovascular exercise and circuit training, Pool Tai-Chi, and Group Fitness. The class is free and limited to 10 participants.
