Dragonheart’s Survivorship NOW

Dragonheart Vermont is a breast cancer and supporter dragon boat team in Burlington, VT. Our focus is on living, not on the disease. They have taken on the challenging sport of dragon boating for fitness, fun, and friendships. www.dragonheartvermont.org

In 2011,Dragonheart identified a critical need for ongoing help and support for cancer survivors in our community after their clinical treatment ends To meet this need, they have established Survivorship NOW, a Network On Wellness, to provide wide-ranging wellness opportunities that empower survivors to move past cancer and live a full and meaningful life. The Survivorship NOW funds are the result of huge community effort from the Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival. PT 360 is an essential Survivorship NOW partner offering wide variety of programming.
